Job purpose:

Fast-growing Digitex Futures is looking for a superstar Customer Support Agent to add to its expanding team. This position requires a person with specialized knowledge who is familiar with both cryptocurrencies and futures markets. You should be comfortable answering questions and providing assistance to clients via live chat, so you will need impeccable written English and be able to express yourself politely and professionally at all times. 

The goal is to provide solutions and assist users on our platform or website, thereby enriching the user experience and improving customer retention. You will be required to carry out the following functions, among other occasional duties

Responsibilities
  • Serve customers by identifying their needs and preparing answers, requests and information to be delivered to customers.
  • Obtain product, service, and technical know-how to respond knowledgeably to customers, based on their needs and requests.
  • Help clients solve problems with clear explanations of products’ functions and benefits.
  • Provide live chat support to customers.
  • Answer questions in Official Telegram Channel. 
Requirements
  • Advanced English skills (written)
  • Understanding of Crypto and Futures Markets
  • Familiarity with CRM systems (Salesforce, Zendesk)
