Job purpose:

Fast-growing Digitex Futures is seeking a superstar Customer Success Manager to add to its growing team. You will be responsible for handling client inquiries and ensuring high level services are provided. With the upcoming launch of Digitex City, this exciting opportunity will involve striking up new relationships and uncovering strategic business opportunities.

A successful Customer Success Manager will help increase customer retention by establishing themselves as a credible authority in the industry to build and maintain customer relationships.

Responsibilities
  • Dealing with clients’ inquiries via live chat, email and calls
  • Performing personal clientele analysis and suggesting best practises to clients
  • Handling client inquiries appropriately and ensuring that high level service is provided
  • Promoting available products and services to clients to ensure their success
  • Cooperating effectively with other departments as required
  • Contributing to team effort by achieving targeted results
Requirements
  • Must have at least 2 years’ experience working with customer service or account management
  • Must have at least 4 years’ customer service or account management experience in the general business space 
  • Must have excellent communication and writing skills; you will be pitching new businesses regularly, so excellent English grammar is a must
  • Hardworking, creative and a go-getter mindset
  • Can-do, positive attitude
  • Extremely organized 

Additional Required Skills:

  • Advanced English skills (written)
  • Understanding of Crypto and Futures Markets
  • Familiarity with CRM systems (Salesforce, Zendesk)
